Korea Development Bank Fund to Buy Daewoo Engineering From Kumho (Bloomberg)

Dec. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Korea Development Bank will buy Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co. from Kumho Asiana Group through a private-equity fund. The state-run lender, Kumho’s main creditor, made the announcement today in a statement.
