Jan. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co. said net income rose 5.4 percent last year to 13.2 billion yuan ($1.93 billion), according to a preliminary earnings report filed to Shanghai’s stock exchange. Revenue rose 5.3 percent to 36.4 billion yuan, the bank said.
