Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Bank AG has signed a letter of intent to replace individual software solutions in Germany with a new core banking system by SAP AG.

Jan. 27 (Bloomberg) -- National Bank of Oman SAOG, the Persian Gulf country’s second-biggest bank by assets, appointed Salaam Al Shaksy to replace Murray Sims as chief executive officer from the end of March.
