Feb. 19 (Bloomberg) -- A 7.5 billion shilling ($98 million), 182-day Treasury Bill offered for sale by Kenya this week was undersubscribed, with bids totaling 4.9 billion shillings, the Central Bank said in a statement published in the Nairobi-based Daily Nation newspaper today.
